Over the last three years in support of in-house technical expertise and experience, and to enhance operational efficiency, we have engaged in a major investment programme, developing an outstanding fleet of in-house construction and installation machinery.
This has given the company the technology, capacity and flexibility to continuously service a large, diverse and growing client base.
Our acquisitions have included Vogele 800-3i and 1600-3i pavers which enable us to consistently install construction stone and tarmacadam surfacing to fine tolerances within a range of working environments.
The focus as always is on quality enhancement through the application of practical technology and innovation.
And our commitment to in-house resourcing gives us direct and full control over quality assurance and works programming, both of which contribute to a higher standard of finished product.
All elements of the contract are led by a Project Manager supported by a management team specifically selected for the project and formalised by a project organogram. Our project plans are holistic and detail exactly how the contract will be realised. These may include
Preliminaries
Excavation & Groundworks
Drainage
Sub-Base
Surfacing
Ancillary Equipment and Components
For all the research, planning and preparation in which you invest you project will fail if the implementation process does not deliver to specification. That sounds like common sense but one may be surprised at how often this critical phase can be subject to less than stringent controls and management.
However we recognise the importance of planned, consistent and effective implementation, and are driven by exceptional attention to detail within our delivery programme. It’s not surprise, for instance, that we are a Category A Supply Chain Partner to Willmott Dixon. This status recognises our commitment to continuous improvement in service performance and collaboration during all project stages.
